The qualification provides a framework for learners to develop skills that will enable them to become competent in End User Computing. It introduces theoretical concepts of End User Computing and requires the application thereof, to develop a range of skills that will enable learners to be better-informed workers in their chosen industry. Admission Requirements:

1) Have passed Grade 11 or its equivalent (NQF Level 3)
Including English language and Mathematics/Mathematical literacy


First Year (1 Semester)

      based messaging application

    -Using computer technology to research

Basic PC and IT concepts

    -Principles of computer networks

    -Computer architecture concepts

    -Preventative maintenance, including environmental and safety
